The Teva Links was designed with the help of freeride mountain biker Jeff Lenosky. Teva began designing the Links by taking a hard look at Lenosky’s current shoe. They saw the busted toe on his previous shoe, so they added a flexible armor across the forefoot. His wet soggy shoes inspired Teva to use their Ion- Mask™ technology, which prevents the material from absorbing water on a molecular level. Teva mapped the sole of the shoe with his pedal. It’s really hard to find a part of the shoe that Jeff Lenosky wasn’t a part of. The Links was built for a pro, by a pro, to be enjoyed by mountain bikers across the world!

Teva incorporated tons of technology into the Links, to enhance your riding experience. Designed using their Spider365 rubber, the sole will hold its grip in all kinds of environments. The sole of the Links was designed specifically to be used with platform pedals. The aggressive tread on the toe and heel grip the dirt when you’re hiking your bike. The Teva E- Brake in the heel features a reverse lug pattern to give you downhill traction when you’re off the bike. Teva’s Shoc Pad™ increases comfort and allows for a smooth ride so feet are less fatigued. Extra padding was also used throughout the upper to soften landings.

Comments about Teva The Links Shoes 2012 Model:

Well after a NIGHTMARE of getting my braces fitted to these shoes,Which was NO FAULT of the SHOES or JENSON USA but the "TECH" in charge of fitting my braces to the shoes.I have Muscular Dystrophy and need the braces to walk.So once I got my shoes I did a small 10 mile ride ,THE SHOES FELT GREAT ,next was a 43 mile ride and THE SHOES preformed GREAT ,nice and COOL on my feet ,LIGHT WEIGHT and VERY COMFORTABLE. This was MONEY WELL SPENT.I am VERY HAPPY THAT I BOUGHT THESE SHOES,since finding shoes that will fit to my braces AND look AND preform well is not an easy thing for me .
